Full payment will be given after approval of the sketch by the client.

As many changes as you like can be made during the sketching phase.

No edits to a character's design or major aspects of a commission will be made after the flat coloring stage without a fee

If a commission has been refunded, you retain none of the rights to use what is completed of your commission.

Full refund will be available if the commission has not yet been started.

Sketch Begun: 90% refund available

Sketch Completed: 70% refund available

Coloring: 40% Refund available

If your commission has taken 1 month longer than the estimated start time or right before a given deadline you can receive a full refund.
