TERMS OF SERVICE
before commissioning me you must know:
I own all rights over the completed work, which allows for redistribution for self-promotion or use as portfolio examples.
If requested, I will withhold from posting your commission.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel/refund commissions for any reason.
You can not edit, alter, or trace any part of the commission without permission
My commission work is not to be resold or used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon prior.
You are allowed to use the art for personal use only.
The use of my commission work for anything related to the sale or production of NFTs is strictly prohibited.
Do not use any commission work -finished or work in progress- to train AI image generators.
Commercial use or use of artwork on monetized platforms (youtube, twitch, etc.) has an additional agreed-upon fee.
Regardless of acquiring commercial rights, credit for the use of commissioned artwork is required.
You are free to re-post the completed commission work with visible credit

Payment Details
I accept payment via cashapp, venmo, kofi, & paypal
I can decline any order I wish for any reason.
At least 50% of the payment will be given by the commissioner upfront.
Full payment will be given after approval of the sketch by the client.
As many changes as you like can be made during the sketching phase.
No edits to a character's design or major aspects of a commission will be made after the flat coloring stage without a fee
Refunds
If a commission has been refunded, you retain none of the rights to use what is completed of your commission.
Full refund will be available if the commission has not yet been started.
Sketch Begun: 90% refund available
Sketch Completed: 70% refund available
Coloring Begun: 40% Refund available
(if your commission has taken 2 months longer than the estimated time you can receive a full refund.)

Backgrounds vary on complexity. ($5-$15)
Other characters added are 30% off the original price.
